At Cosmo, we take our love for people, passion for community, and combine it with impeccable construction and our unique design to build excellent homes at any price point while we work to rebuild under-resourced communities in a way that creates maximum opportunity.
We understand that homes are a place of pride that create lasting memories for generations to come. So we limit the number of homes we do each year so we can give each one, the attention that it deserves. Every space is carefully designed to be modern, elegant, yet timeless and always built with excellence.

When we rebuild under-resourced communities, we do it in a very strategic way, by focusing on what we believe is the greatest challenge, and that is helping these communities keep their leaders and attract new ones.
We do this by building holistic communities that widen the path of opportunity and success.
Instead of the traditional way of building the city — where everyday human necessities are spread out across the city — which require a car to be the only option for transportation…
Instead of building buildings and blocks where only large chains and companies can flourish…
We build to allow for all modes of transportation and allow for minimal barriers of entry for community and small to medium size businesses to start and to flourish.
As a starting point we also focus on building these spaces with excellent school options, excellent housing at every price point, and business opportunities that target the community that currently lives there.
